Riiinngga. Riiinngga.
My First Wife: 'Lo.
My Granddaughter (age 5): "Hi Grandmother. You wanna come to my birthday party?"
MFW: Well, hi, Hunny!
Granddaughter: You wanna come to my birthday party?
MFW: Well, of course. When is it?
Granddaughter: Sunday
MFW: Really. Are you having your party a little early?
Granddaughter: Uh-huh.
MFW: What time?
Granddaughter: Two o'clock.
MFW: Well, I'd love to come. Can Granddaddy come, too?
Granddaughter. Uh-huh.
MFW: Well, then we'll be there.
Granddaughter: Have you got my present yet?

Aw. That's a sweet call. Have you gotten the present yet???
Haha, I used to ask about presents all the time as a little kid. How cute.
She cuts right to the heart of it, right? I hope you've already got her present!
Too funny! She has her priorities! ;-)
I thought she handled that well. How adorable. She's a 'no nonsense' lady...I like that.
Now THAT was sweet!
Great conversation. I just love kids. But to the point - did you get her present yet?
All good questions I'd say Paul.
Because of where you grew up shouldn't this start with 'gring gring?'
Good one, Cliff. But O, something was left off.
