Today I am thankful for Yogurt, of all things.
I hardly ever paid attention to yogurt and when I did I didn't like the sound of it. But leave it to my own kids. They came along and showed me how good it is. ‘Specially Raspberry. And Lemon. And Amaretto Cheesecake...
I’m also grateful to those new friends of mine at WeightWatchers. They have it all packaged up for me, ready to eat and enjoy. Point-wise I can eat 29 cups a day. I might someday, too.
